Store Pick-Up: For those who prefer to pick up their orders, we offer a convenient store pick-up option. You can place your order online and select “Store Pick-Up” at checkout. Once your cake is ready, we will notify you via email or phone. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when you come to pick up your cake at our shop locations.
Returns Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, Koolcakes Bakery Ltd does not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
