Delivery Policy

At Koolcakes Bakery, we are committed to delivering our freshly baked cakes right to your doorstep with the utmost care. We offer local delivery services within a 10-mile radius of our bakery. Deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 6 PM, seven days a week. To ensure that your cake arrives in perfect condition, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all delivery orders. For specific time requests or deliveries beyond our standard radius, please contact us directly to arrange details and pricing. We strive to accommodate special requests to make your occasions memorable.

Store Pick-Up Policy

For our customers who prefer to pick up their orders, Koolcakes Bakery provides a convenient and easy store pickup option. Simply place your order online or over the phone and choose the "Store Pickup" option at checkout. We'll have your order ready at the bakery location you booked from, and you can pick it up during our business hours from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please bring your order confirmation number when you come to collect your items.
